why untitled, unwritten?
I once labeled everything before it was written, until I found it kept too many words away. Now I am leaving the unwritten untitled, until it grows into a name.

No. 46
Right now, I am in a waiting period. This feels familiar: last summer, I waited to begin a master's in English. This summer, I'm waiting for acceptance into a different program, one I really, truly, deeply, want to begin, one that will lead me toward my dream of teaching.
Patience is a little difficult to practice when you want something rather badly, don't you think?
I am keeping busy with work in the meantime.

Patience is indeed difficult to practice when you want something so bad. I've been there before so many times. I've got my fingers crossed for you!
I was just browsing and somehow came across your blog through English muse. We're on similar paths.. I too always dreamed of teaching, which I did for two years at at state college in CA. Then I had children, which threw my life off its course and today I'm a SAHM dreaming of teaching and just writing here and there from home. It's always nice to find people with similar interests and passions. Nice to meet you ^^
And yes--without patience, I would not be as content with my life as I am today. cheers.
